I was commissioned by Axon Publishing to creatively direct and art direct imagery to support an article written by Alexandra Shulman for the Christmas 2021 edition of John Lewis At Home magazine. The article explored Shulman’s nostalgic memories of trips to the haberdashery department and her fascination with selection of ribbons, buttons and bobbins. I created and styled the gown and set featured in the imagery using fabrics and trimmings available from the John Lewis Haberdashery assortment.
